Dear Rose, Michael, Cathy, Anita and David and families, Thank you Rose for calling us with the news that your mother had passed on. Auntie Christiane was my godmother and Aunt. I still have the beautifully engraved bracelet and cross which she gave me almost 70 years ago. She is at peace now and pain free. Please accept our sympathies and know that we are thinking of all of you at this time. Astrid and Mickey

Though I never met your mother, Cathy , I know how much you dearly love her. Having raised such a wonderful, caring daughter as you, I know she was a very special lady. My heart goes out to you and your siblings who shared their love of their mom.

To Rose, Anita, Cathy, David and your families, we are saddened to hear of your mothers sudden passing. Simple words cannot express how I feel for you at this time. In the days and weeks ahead I hope that it will get easier and you can just be thankful that your mothers pain and suffering is gone and you can remember more and more of the good times you shared with her. Most importantly be kind to each other, hug each other tighter and help each other through this loss with all the love you have. I know my mum will miss her only sister and I will hug her more tightly when I am with her from now on. Thinking of you with much love, Cousin Sharon and Allan

I wish we all of us had lived closer and been closer but the few times we were together are forever etched in my heart and memory. Good-bye Auntie Chris. With much love from your niece, Gail xoxox
